How do I edit a photo?

Select a photo from your library or take a new one, pick an editing tool, and the AI will process your edit.

What can I do?

PicFix offers tools across three categories: Fix & Enhance (lighting, colors, sharpening), People (skin, eyes, blemishes), and Scene (remove objects, blur background, reframe).

How does AI editing work?

Your photo is sent to our AI service, which analyzes it and applies the edit you selected.

CREDITS & PAYMENT

How do credits work?

Each edit costs credits. New users receive a small welcome bonus. You can purchase additional credit packs through the App Store.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support for payment-related issues.

PRIVACY & ACCOUNT

Are my photos used for AI training?

No. Photos are processed for your edits only.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.

TROUBLESHOOTING

My edit isn't processing

• Check your internet connection
• Make sure the photo is a supported format (JPEG, PNG, HEIC)
• Try selecting the photo again
