ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using PicFix, you agree to these terms.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use PicFix for personal photo editing. You may not:
- Upload illegal or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse engineer the app or its AI
- Share your account with others
PURCHASES
How credits work: Credit packs are available as one-time purchases through the Apple App Store. Each AI edit costs credits. Once purchased, credits don't expire and stay in your account until used.
Payments: All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple, not PicFix. Contact Apple Support to request a refund for credit pack purchases.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Your original photos: You own them completely. Uploading photos to PicFix doesn't change your ownership.
Edited photos: Yours to use however you want, including for commercial purposes. You can use edited photos in your portfolio, social media, marketing materials, or anywhere else.
What PicFix owns: The app itself, AI models, editing algorithms, app design, and all related intellectual property belong to PicFix.
WHAT THE APP DOES
PicFix uses AI to edit and enhance your photos based on the tools and options you select.
Results vary: The quality of AI edits depends on your input photo quality, lighting, and other factors. We try our best to deliver great results, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes.
Not professional advice: AI edits are generated suggestions and should not be relied upon as professional photo editing services.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PicFix is provided "as is" without warranties. AI results are approximations — no guarantees.
TERMINATION
What gets you terminated: We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, including uploading harmful content, attempting to reverse engineer our AI, sharing accounts, or abusing the service.
What happens to your data: When your account is terminated (by you or us), your photos are deleted according to our privacy policy, and your account data is removed from our systems.
Voluntary account closure: You can close your account anytime by going to Settings → Delete Account.
