GETTING STARTED

How does PocketShot work?

PocketShot uses AI to generate enhanced versions of your photos. Simply upload a photo, choose your preferred style, and our AI will create stunning new versions for you.

Do I need an account?

You can try PocketShot as a guest with limited credits. Creating an account lets you save your preferences and access your generation history across devices.

CREDITS AND PURCHASES

How do credits work?

Each photo generation uses credits. You start with a few free credits when you first use the app. You can purchase more credits anytime through the app.

Can I get a refund?

Credits that have been used for generation are non-refundable. For unused credit purchases, refunds are handled through Apple. Contact Apple Support for purchase-related refunds.

Do credits expire?

No, your credits don't expire as long as your account is active.

PHOTOS AND GENERATION

What happens to my photos?

Your photos are stored securely while your album exists. You can delete an album anytime to remove all associated photos. Abandoned uploads that never start generation are automatically cleaned up. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Why do results vary?

AI generation produces unique results each time. Factors like photo quality, lighting, and composition can affect the output. For best results, use well-lit photos with clear subjects.

Can I regenerate a photo?

Yes! If you're not happy with the results, you can regenerate with different settings. Each regeneration uses credits.

ACCOUNT AND SETTINGS

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

How do I enable/disable notifications?

Go to Settings and toggle the notification setting. You can also manage PocketShot notifications in your device's Settings app.

How do I manage the watermark?

The watermark setting can be toggled in Settings. Some features may require a purchase to remove the watermark.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The app is running slowly

  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection
  • Try closing and reopening the app
  • Check that you're running the latest version
  • Restart your device if the issue persists

My generation failed

  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure the photo meets our quality requirements
  • Try uploading a different photo
  • If the issue persists, your credits will be automatically refunded

I can't sign in

  • Make sure you're using the correct sign-in method (Apple or Google)
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try restarting the app
  • If using Sign in with Apple, make sure it's enabled in your device settings
