AGREEMENT

By downloading or using PocketShot, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

WHAT POCKETSHOT DOES

PocketShot uses AI to generate enhanced photos from your uploads. You upload a photo, and our AI creates new versions based on your selected styles and preferences.

YOUR ACCOUNT

• You're responsible for your account - Keep your login credentials safe
• One account per person - Don't share accounts
• Accurate information - Provide real information when signing up
• Age requirement - You must be at least 13 years old to use PocketShot

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Use the app to generate deceptive or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI technology
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or create content to harass or harm anyone

CREDITS AND PURCHASES

• Credits are non-refundable once used for generation
• Unused credits don't expire unless your account is deleted
• Prices may change - We'll notify you of any price changes
• Apple handles payments - All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store

YOUR CONTENT

• You own your photos - Uploading photos to PocketShot doesn't transfer ownership
• Generated photos - You have the right to use AI-generated photos for personal use
• License to us - You grant us a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of generating results
• We don't claim ownership - We don't own your uploads or generated photos

AI-GENERATED CONTENT

• Results vary - AI generation is not perfect and results may vary
• No guarantees - We don't guarantee specific outcomes or quality levels
• Content review - We may review generated content to ensure compliance with our policies

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Our app - PocketShot, its design, code, and AI models are our intellectual property
• Your content - Your original photos remain yours
• Feedback - Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used to improve the app

TERMINATION

• You can leave anytime - Delete your account from Settings
• We can suspend accounts - If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account
• Effect of termination - Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy

DISCLAIMERS

• "As is" service - PocketShot is provided as-is without warranties of any kind
• No guarantee of availability - We aim for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee it
• AI limitations - AI-generated content may contain errors or unexpected results

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketShot and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll notify you of significant changes.
