How do I take my first photo?
Tap the camera icon and follow the on-screen guide. Make sure to include your full body in the frame.
What makes a good pose photo?
- Good lighting (avoid harsh shadows)
- Full body visible in frame
- Clear background
- Camera at chest height

How does the AI analysis work?
Our AI analyzes your pose and provides recommendations for improvement based on professional photography principles.
Can I save my favorite poses?
Yes! Tap the heart icon to save poses to your favorites.
SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open iPhone Settings
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Pose Genius
- Tap Cancel Subscription
What payment methods are accepted?
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store using your Apple ID payment method.
What's the difference between free and PRO?
- Free: Watermark on photos, standard support
- PRO: Unlimited scans, no watermark, priority support, early access to new features
How do I remove the watermark?
Upgrade to PRO to remove the watermark from your generated photos. Your previously generated photos with watermarks will still have them, but all new photos will be watermark-free.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled through Apple. Contact Apple Support for subscription refunds. We don't process payments directly - Apple handles all billing.
PRIVACY & ACCOUNT
How long are my photos stored?
- Source photos: Deleted immediately (within seconds) after processing. We don't keep your original photos on our servers.
- Generated photos: Available for 24 hours after download, with a maximum of 14 days total.
- On your device: You control them - they're yours forever.
Do you use my photos for AI training?
No, never. Your photos are used only to generate your pose recommendations. We respect your privacy and won't use your images to improve AI models.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete Account
This permanently deletes all your data. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in iPhone Settings to avoid future charges.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The app isn't analyzing my photo
- Check your internet connection
- Make sure the photo includes a visible person
- Try taking a new photo with better lighting
I'm not receiving notifications
Check Settings → Notifications → Pose Genius and ensure notifications are enabled.
