ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using Pose Genius, you agree to these Terms of Use.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use Pose Genius for lawful personal or commercial use. You may not:
- Upload inappropriate or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Abuse free trials, credits, or subscription access
- Use automated tools to scrape or misuse the service
- Share your account with others
SUBSCRIPTIONS
How billing works: All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Billing is handled by Apple under App Store subscription terms.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Pose Genius → Cancel Subscription. When you cancel, you keep PRO access until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple, not Pose Genius. Contact Apple Support to request a refund for subscription charges.
Check the App Store for current pricing and free trial information (if applicable).
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Your original photos: You own them completely. Uploading photos to Pose Genius doesn't change your ownership.
Generated AI photos: Subject to these terms, we grant you a broad license to use AI-generated images created through the app, including for personal and commercial purposes.
What Pose Genius owns: The app, product design, pose recommendation systems, proprietary features, and related intellectual property belong to Pose Genius.
WHAT THE APP DOES
Pose Genius uses AI to analyze your photos and generate pose suggestions and example photos to help you improve your photography.
Results vary: The quality of AI-generated photos depends on your input photo quality, lighting, and other factors. We try our best to provide helpful suggestions, but we can't guarantee specific results.
Creative inspiration: Pose suggestions are generated automatically and intended as creative inspiration.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Pose Genius is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. AI results are approximations and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
TERMINATION
What gets you terminated: We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, including uploading inappropriate content, attempting to reverse engineer our AI, sharing accounts, or abusing the service.
What happens to your data: When your account is terminated (by you or us), your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, including applicable deletion and retention practices.
Voluntary account closure: You can close your account anytime by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first through iPhone Settings.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
